Know What To Say
Before content ever hits a feed, we help you establish the why behind it.
This includes clarifying your goals, identifying your audience, and defining the role social media plays in your larger marketing ecosystem. With a clear direction in place, your social content stops feeling reactive and starts working toward something meaningful – brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, or all three.

Social media networks like Instagram and Facebook can be a pivotal playground for advancing small businesses growth!
From connecting with potential customers, engaging with people over what’s shareworthy about your business, and letting your followers know that you’re moving and shaking.
Ready to Dive in?
We’re All Ears.
Got a laundry list of marketing headaches? A wild idea you’re ready to chase? Big dreams that need a solid plan?
Let’s talk about what’s really holding you back – and how we can help you push through it.
Some companies simply don’t feel like dealing with all the work that comes along with social media, and will either not get a social media account at all or simply create one but never pursue a healthy content marketing strategy. Doing so can make your company feel disconnected, outdated, or worse – not hip!
One of the biggest challenges of keeping up with Social Media is deciding what to write and what to share. Social Media Managers at LovelyPixels are experts at research, and can be in touch with you and your team as often or as little as you’d prefer to keep up with what’s new at your business.
Specifically, brand tone is how your brand will sound and interact with potential customers and the general public. Having a solid brand tone is the difference between the consistency that your potential customers and repeat customers expect and look forward to, and your brand being a crap shoot.
While your type of business can help determine how often you should share, there aren’t too many businesses with an excuse to contact their followers 10 times a day. Anywhere from a few times a week or a few times daily is a great place to start.
Let’s say for instance you own a car mechanic’s shop – do you really need to reach out to your followers three times a day? The nature of what you’re sharing will also help determine what frequency of posting feels right. Are your posts primarily informative, and your audience following you primarily to learn? Multiple times a day is likely acceptable or even expected. Are your posts primarily salesy? In that case we’d recommend keeping your posts to a few times a week. A mix is, of course, the best option for social media posting (if you’re always just pushing sales, you risk losing followers – give some value). LovelyPixels is happy to sit down with you to arrive at the right frequency for your followers.
