We’re looking for a

Front End Web Designer

(or two)

We’re all about partnerships, not projects. LovelyPixels is different because we recognize that our clients’ businesses, products or organizations are unique. Our approach errs away from the pompous fuss, collaborating with them to not only meet today’s needs – but anticipate what kind of ruckus they’ll need to make tomorrow.

Whether you’re a versatile thinker, strategic writer, or a detailed creator, if you have the experience and the portfolio to prove it – let’s chat.

WE DO FUN STUFF

Branding Systems, Websites, Social, Print and So Much More!

SOUND FAMILIAR?

You’re a designer at heart with a knack for problem-solving. You know that a beautiful site means nothing if the information hierarchy is confusing or if users can’t easily take action. You’re comfortable combining aesthetics with functionality — ensuring every website you touch works as good as it looks.

You have a working knowledge of code (enough to make the front end sing) but aren’t looking to be a developer. You think like a marketer when making design decisions, keeping brand presentation, user experience, and lead conversion top of mind.

You’re also a detail-oriented collaborator. You understand SEO best practices, know your way around WordPress, and can help oversee the not-so-glamorous side of web design like DNS management and hosting.

Most importantly, you’re eager to contribute to a creative team and enjoy seeing your designs transform into sites that clients — and their audiences — love.

OUR VALUES MUST BE YOUR VALUES

Our team is boutique sized. We value and respect one another, as well as the clients we partner with. Anyone applying to this position must be a natural collaborator, easy going and energetic about the work they do. We have fun, do good work and believe our life/work balance is sacred.

Our non-negotiables are:

• Be a Partner

• Let Curiosity Lead

• Be Attentive

• Work Transparently

THE MUST HAVES

As a Front End Web Designer, you’ll help us develop sharp, marketing-minded websites. Your role will be to design and build the front ends of websites that not only look stunning but also deliver seamless user experiences and drive conversions.

For the right person, we’re flexible. This can be a full-time, part-time or contractor position. Pay is negotiable and will be based on experience and qualifications.
