When Saint Joseph School made the decision to bring its high school back, the challenge wasn’t simply announcing a new grade level. It was reintroducing a tradition that had been absent from the community for years and helping families imagine what that next chapter could look like.

For many parents, the decision wasn’t just about academics. It meant considering a transition from public school, homeschooling, or another private school into a brand-new high school program that was reviving its own story. That required more than enrollment information and tuition details – it required trust.

Our role was to build a website that didn't just explain the high school, but gave people a reason to believe in it.

The centerpiece feature on the new website became an interactive viewbook, showcasing a digital experience that moves beyond traditional admissions materials. Instead of simply listing programs and statistics, the viewbook invites visitors to explore the people who have shaped Saint Joseph School over the years, and get a visceral insight on how a virtues-based education impacts everyone.

We’re All Ears.

Got a laundry list of marketing headaches? A wild idea you’re ready to chase? Big dreams that need a solid plan?

Let’s talk about what’s really holding you back – and how we can help you push through it.

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.

Rather than treating the high school website as a digital brochure, we approached it as a storytelling platform.

Together, these voices create a living narrative that connects decades of history with the future of the returning high school.

Every section was designed to answer the questions families naturally ask while also reinforcing the values that have defined Saint Joseph School for generations. We wanted prospective parents to understand that while the physical high school was making a comeback, the community, culture, and commitment to student development had never disappeared.

Personal stories became one of the website’s most powerful marketing tools.

Parents considering a significant change in where the kids attend school want to know what kind of people their children will become – not just what courses they’ll take. By highlighting authentic experiences from the SJS community, the website creates an emotional connection that helps families envision their own student becoming part of that story.

"Our team spent a lot of time planning around the perceived barriers for entry when it comes to private school.

For families that have spent their entire academic career in public school or have homeschooled from the beginning, we wanted to make it easy for curious parents to engage with SJS.”

Rather than assuming visitors already understand Catholic education or the Saint Joseph experience, our content plan welcomed them into the conversation with clear explanations, approachable language, and stories that demonstrate how students from many different backgrounds thrive within the school community.

At the same time, the website reinforces that Saint Joseph’s vision extends well beyond graduation day. Dedicated content highlights the school’s partnerships with Shepherd University and Blue Ridge Community and Technical College, illustrating how students can begin earning college credits while still in high school. Through dual-enrollment opportunities, tele-learning courses, and hands-on laboratory experiences, students gain exposure to college-level expectations while remaining within the supportive environment of Saint Joseph School. These partnerships demonstrate that the returning high school is not simply recreating what once existed—it is preparing students for a broader range of academic and career pathways than ever before.

The result is a website that tells a story of continuity and renewal. It honors the generations of students who walked the halls before, celebrates the educators continuing that legacy today, and paints a compelling picture of what lies ahead for the first new graduating classes. Every page works together to reassure families that they are not enrolling in an experiment—they are becoming part of a community whose history, values, and commitment to student success have been decades in the making.

For Saint Joseph School, bringing back the high school was about restoring a legacy. Our job was to make that legacy visible, tangible, and deeply personal so that every prospective family could see themselves becoming part of its next chapter.
